As 2021 reaches its close, River recognises the achievements that have been made throughout the year and as an office we are excited for an even stronger 2022. There has been so much to celebrate this year in terms of the growth and development of the team, and it’s always important to recognise the successes and appreciate the time and effort given by the individuals who are driving their success.

This week we have congratulated members of the team who have gone above and beyond in the last few months to ensure that they end this year on a high. Louis, as shown in the photo, is one of our newest and youngest recruits, this however hasn’t stopped him from excelling and was therefore awarded the best new start award. He’s shown all the characteristics that we look for in someone who is truly going to push both himself and the people around him.

As said by Jim Lovell; ‘There are people who make things happen, there are people who watch things happen, and there are people who wonder what happened. To be successful you need to be a person who makes things happen’ and this is exactly what we strive for at River, someone who uses the resources around them and is determined to reach their end goals.

We are so proud of how much we have achieved this year despite the challenges we’ve faced and we are feeling stronger than ever going into the New Year.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at River!
