Importance of Team Nights

Managing Director Lauren Harrison was keen to emphasise the importance of team nights, encouraging the new team to socialise out of the office.
‘It’s no secret that the business lifestyle can be a stressful one, so here at Ricochet we want to
make sure that we’re ensuring a positive work-life balance - team nights are a great way to do that!
We find that giving our ambassadors the chance to unwind after a hard day helps to really take a
load off their shoulders,’ explained Lauren Harrison, Managing Director of River.
The business owner continued to explain how frequent social events and team-building activities
are a prime way to boost productivity, that differs from the norm - a key driver in the needs of
millennial workers – according to Ms. Harrison.
‘Productivity is something that all business owners struggle with, so why not give your
ambassadors every chance possible to ensure they’re excited to come to work every morning?
From our years of experience in the industry, we’ve found that all of our weekly team nights have
drastically increased motivation levels, alongside incentives, it’s a recipe for success,’ continued
the entrepreneur.
The firm’s weekly crew nights, team-building activities and social events provide an opportunity for
the River ambassadors to socialise outside of a high-pressure environment. They really get to
know each other in more relaxed environments, and truly utilise the exciting activities, restaurants
and bars available to Manchester residents.
River believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to up-skill and build a future in a vastly
expanding industry, such as the sales and marketing sector. At River, they provide daily
workshops and interactive seminars on sales, branding and business management and have a
constellation of capable sales and marketing ambassadors on hand to offer up insights and keep
everyone on track.
