Expansion plans for 2022

This year is already looking exciting for River! Due to incredibly high client demand, we are looking forward to further expansions for the team in the upcoming months. Last Saturday we enjoyed an amazing promotion day in the sun, with a promotion speech at Banyan before going on to Cloud 23 to celebrate further!

At River we really understand the importance to celebrate the successes around us, with one of our core values being recognise, as a way to encourage and influence others to reach their goals as well. Coaching and guidance is always one of the most important aspects of our company, with a common message that anyone can get to where they want to be with us, with the right work ethic and mentality!

The majority of the people in our industry have never had past experience in sales and marketing, but that has never been a problem as we will welcome anyone who can demonstrate that they are hard-working and determined to succeed.

The future is looking bright for the team, with an expansion to Birmingham in May and more opportunities for growth on the horizon! We can’t wait to watch how the team will continue to succeed in what is set to be our biggest year yet!
