The office environment should be a place to feel productive.
Yet as humans we are social creatures, this social aspect of our innate nature can’t be ignored – office environments do often become social hubs that bring people together, creating new friendships! 🖇

Here at River we feel that companies should not only recognise this but also encourage this socialising in the workplace (rather than prohibiting it which can often be the case), in doing so, that company can expect greater productivity resulting in higher engagement with work and business!
What’s more, “A team that plays together, stays together... stays together”... 📢
Our MD Lauren Harrison shares her tips on creating a healthy culture in the workplace, ✏️
